Deployed GPS tracking and fleet analytics across Ooredoo Myanmar's field teams with vehicles. 100+ vehicles equipped with real-time tracking, route optimization, and maintenance scheduling. Increased monitoring visibility and boosted operational efficiency by 10%.
2015 – 2021
Developed and executed a comprehensive content strategy and digital service framework for MPT, Myanmar's largest telecommunications provider. Delivered 20+ services with tailored content, scaled reach to 300,000+ active users through consistent delivery.
2018 – 2019
Implemented GPS systems tied to Telenor Myanmar's network. Used for 1,000+ third-party fleet management at its peak. Created tailor-made systems for end-clients in operation, tracking, and performance reporting.
2017 – 2021
Ongoing sensor control modernization for City Mart Holding's retail network in chill and freezer trucks. Phase 1 covered 50+ trucks locations with advanced devices, Phase 2 rolled out tailor-made system development for remote management.
2018 – 2019
Sourced and implemented an integrated technology infrastructure across Yangon's urban water bus network, spanning vessels and facilities. Deployed CCTV surveillance, point-of-sale systems, and security monitoring across assets to establish a connected operational environment.
2019
Designed and built a purpose-built digital platform for KBZMS to address critical gaps in field agent training and institutional knowledge management. Strengthened agent capability and knowledge consistency across the network through a scalable, mobile-ready solution.
